    We booked tickets from Kuala-Lumpur to Jakarta by “Garuda Indonesia” for 289.12 USD

    Then we requested refund, because our PCR-tests couldn’t be ready in time and this tickets were “fully refundable”.

    Money didn’t come, so we texted to support and support said that it takes up to (!) 3 month (!) to send money back.

    3 month passed, money still didn’t come back, we texted to support and they said that they already refunded 259 MYR per ticket - around 122 USD (I don’t know why).

    BUT EVEN THIS MONEY I ACTUALLY NEVER RECEIVED

    I can send full bank statement of all this period to proof my words. Please, send me my money back!

    I’m from Russia if it’s easier to connect me with local support.     Ответить

    Really? Just to add email?

    Now i want to delete it : and i can’t do it not performing the same actions for adding email.
