First of all, I had 2 weeks “free” courses but Shaw Academy is still trying to withdraw money from my card although I didn’t subscribe for payed courses. Second, they send tons of spam - emails, sms and even calls so I needed to shut down all notifications. Third, when I sent them email, they not only didn’t reply but keep send me spam emails every hour for last 24 hours that they “don’t have enough staff to solve my problem”. Fourth, I’m not satisfied with the quality of course - all videos are previously recorded and it’s not possible to pause them Ответить

It is impossible to unsubscribe. Then the application is not working properly. Data in courses and all courses are old, different courses have the same information. And the most disgusting thing is that you could not stop your membership, they will continue to withdraw your money. To stop it you need to call to their call center! I’m from another country and I do not want to call to USA and spend a lot of money to stop membership! Ответить

Там нет никакого обучения, это просто записанное видео, а они делают все чтобы списать с вас деньги под любым предлогом. Вы нажмете кнопку Get toolkit или Get certificate и с вас без объявления цены спишутся деньги! С меня списали 39 долларов сразу после нажатия кнопки. Ответить

Quizzes and assignments help to check your progress, you can ask any questions if unclear (during the class or after), there is always a possibility to adapt the schedule to your plans and needs. Than I wrote to it support and they told me they can’t give me my money back, but can give me a 6 months access. Yet couple month later charged me again for no reason! I haven’t been using the app and I want all my money back now! For the first time they charged me and the second time too! Ответить

The lecturer explains very well and asks questions just like you are in a physical classroom, even when you don’t understand and ask a question it is well explained to you after the lecture. They charge for no reason, pretend like the lessons you take are online, but no, it’s just records. Very annoying notifications (app, sms, e-mail)
User unfriendly interface, disrespectful company politic.

I recommend you to use Coursera or skillshare instead, because this platform is a piece of trash.

Ужасная платформа, бесячие оповещения, подсовывают окошки «оплата в один клик» при каждом переходе куда-либо на сайте, если случайно нажали, деньги не возвращают. Притворяются, что у них уроки в режиме реального времени, хотя они записаны, причём курс по видео, который я брала — явно устаревший.
Выбирайте какую-нибудь другую платформу. Ответить

Подписываешься с введением данных карты, тестируешь. После первого урока я поняла, что продукт некачественный. И они постоянно допродают материалы за 30 евро, которые нужны для понимания тем. В общем, сразу хотят на ученике заработать. Такой триал мне неинтересен. Прошла семь кругов ада, чтобы отписаться. Раз 9 они переспрашивали, точно ли я хочу отписаться, и уводили от отписки всякими вопросами и манипуляционными триггерами. Но всё-таки я отписалась от триала. И от рассылки тоже отписалась. Письма рекламные при этом не прекратились. Через пару дней они прислали письмо с информацией о том, что готовы дать все платные материалы бесплатно, если я вернусь в триал. Я вернулась в триальный период. Перешла в обучающий Кабинет, увидела кнопку «получить материалы» (get your toolkit) и с меня автоматически списали деньги. При том, что на кнопке не было цены! Вот так ребята зарабатывают. Ответить

Please return this payment.
