  ->LACK of timer which shows progress of the video downloaded and remaining!
  ->Another thing, there’s lack of SLOWING down the video feature, fast playing is available on the other hand.
  
  ->If I play and pause and play and then go back a few minutes and then again play, It says, “Video is playing on another device!” And stops playing! The problem and the reason I discovered and not the Tech team which told me that they would sort it out!
  
  ->Lack of taking screenshots as it’s easy to take screenshots amd save to make some notes on it directly Recording is prohibited, that I understand but what’s wrong in screenshots!? Sometimes it’s so essential that in the absent of note and pen, you can just make notes easily but SCREENSHOTS NOT ALLOWED. (Once I had to take screenshot to show the “error message” but the app is so dumb that it even at the error part thought that I was taking screenshot of a content)
  
  One huge essential DEMAND as fmge dates are near!
  -> Lack of videos “all in one” for example dec 2019 mcqs but not available in one video! It would be great if all subjects video will be merged to make the whole 10-12 hrs of video so we can see it at once and not to search in different subjects separately!
  
  I downloaded a video in one subject but somehow it downloaded all subjects in one dec 2019 fmge video! At that point I felt that GOD listened to me! Ответить

In the app keeps asking to confirm mobile and email BOTH My phone is out of coverage! How you want me to confirm my login! Instead of letting us us the app you prevent us using the app WASTING OUR TIME Very bad approach to us Shame! Plans are hidden so again totally bad strategy Want subscribers to buy but don’t tell them the plans! Seriously? Who hired such people for marketing?! Ответить

  Regarding the material, very “kanjus” as you have set the “video hours limit” I do better in live study but in videos I have to watch it few times to understand and the app subscription is not enough for that Very cheap way to make money as compare to other foreign platforms
  Didn’t expect tha Marwah Sir would fall for some cheap methods Ответить
