I have already paid and redeemed the code (so I have the dictionary in my list) to the access to OALD but when I try to log into my account it says that there is a connection error (server or not redeemed code). When I try ‘restore purchases’ button it just doesn’t work. Ответить

Now when I get into my account on the website, it says that my license is active. However, when I try to sign into my account in the app to get access to the full dictionary, it says that I don’t have access with my Oxford ID. In short, I paid you money and I still didn’t get the product. I’ve tried to contact your support team, but they just keep sending me the same email saying that they don’t have any problems signing into my account. Well, neither do I. My problem is that when I try to sing into my account in the app, it says that I don’t have access to the app version dictionary, but on the OUP website it says that I do have an active license.
