Official registration documents are not accepted because it was made more than 3 months ago… face palm, should I move to new place, to make bank to accept official city documents?
    They also can’t change address of the card shipping after 10 min since it was requested. Bank recommended me to HOPE IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO RIGHT ADRESS, are you kidding me?!

    Dear “bank”: to block account for “suspicious” activity, there must be at least some activity.

However, recently I moved to another country and changed my phone and phone number. I couldn’t login with my credentials after that so I was suggested to go through the process of revivification again. I did it and after that the nightmare began. First, I got an email that my account can’t be opened (why, I already have it). No reasons for this decision were provided. Second, online support all the time I’m waiting is totally useless. They can’t help me and suggest to wait until the case is resolved (no any deadline for this). Third, after 2 weeks I decided to close my account thinking that I’ll get my money back faster. I took the form from their website and sent it (still waiting for more than a month). Four, 2 weeks after that I got an email saying that the form was wrong (why, it’s from their website) and I have to send a new form. The sender apologised for long delay in the reply and assured me that the case will be resolved with urgency. I sent the form, and for more than 2 weeks no reply from him. I am absolutely disappointed with your customer support, it’s just unacceptable! I would certainly recommend anyone looking for a change a service called wise (previous transferwise). Having the same case, they resolved it in 1 day. My journey with the support started on 18th of October and I’m still waiting for any update on 5th of December. N26, please resolve my case finally and return me the money! Best regards, Serghei PS: if somebody knows any juridical option to get the penalties from N26, please get in contact with me

    Update: the account was closed and I received my money 80 days after I contacted the support. I am happy to get my money back but it took really long amount of time, I’m really disappointed. As I couldn’t access my account I couldn’t check if I received all the money I had. They didn’t send me any transaction statements when closing my account. Also no explanations were provided why my account was closed, seems like they just didn’t like the fact I moved to Russia or changed my smartphone

    Почему мои переводы отклоняются? человек не может прислать мне деньги. Уже неделю из подержки на этот вопрос никто не отвечает.
    Затем узнав мою проблему, админ, просто закрыл чат, и всё‍♂️. если я нарушил ваши правила, то могу узнать, что именно и почему, они даже не объяснили проблему, просто заблокировали счёт. Спрашивал, как это решить, как поменять тариф. Они просто закрыли диалог.
    там нет людей, с вами разговаривают только роботы и шлют странные письма. Короче банк не рекомендую, счёт заблочили вместе с деньгами, не вернули!

    Update - if you ever tried tinkoff, be aware... Support is so bad. They didn’t solve any kind of issue. It’s like a talking with a botchat. I asked to cancel a transfer, that’s all! And you know what, they can’t! It’s almost 3 month! No answer, no solution.

And now the updated app is just wonderful! More cool options, very useful, nice design. So in my opinion it’s 9/10 (9 just because there is always something you can improve). Thank you for your work!

Run away from this bank, if you don’t want to loose your money. Because the useless contact center only can say how sorry they are and drive you crazy with endless and the same questions.     When application asked me to reverify my account I agreed, application blocked and then I am stuck. I tried to have verification process several times but each time I was waiting for 10 minutes and couldn’t find any expert to verify. Basically cannot use app now.

Still, with recent policy change they have disabled Cash26 for me. I contacted support but they did not offer any solution. Also, said that it’s impossible to open a new account in Germany if I already have one. So, now I have a “bank” to which I cannot even deposit money, haha Ответить

    1. invited my wife, n26 promised 15€ reward. She top-upped her account, but I never received my money. Wrote to support, they said that the referral program has been stopped. Wow. Why is it still written in the app? I replied, that it is not okay, that it is written in the app, on the web site, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that the program has been stopped. No one reply to me after all.
    2. Just received N26 Black, tried to pay at a shop 20eur for groceries - WRONG PIN. Must be kidding, pin is not wrong, when you activate the card you confirm it two times. No way I could have messed up with the pin. I transferred the amount to my wife’s N26 card - wrong pin! It was first time when I paid without Paypass, cause now amount was over 20eur so pin is required. I guess cards just don’t work or what? Ridiculous. Was looking like an idiot in the shop.
