В офисах работают очень медленно.

Улетаю с острова - выбрасываю сим, хотя в других случаях и с другими операторами стараюсь хранить сим карты разных стран для повторных визитов. В следующей поездке в Индонезию возьму другого оператора. Ответить

SCAM! лучше берите симки оператора XL, там хотя бы вас ценят и предоставляют хороший сервис! Ответить

Gateway failed on the last step, money were successfully authorized and cleared from my credit card. 12hr passed already, nothing appeared on my balance. No one from customer service is able to help, just telling that they can’t see the payment and their advice is to wait another day or week so maybe eventually it resolves somehow. What a scam. Effectively just stealing money. Make sure to use a bank that is able to deal with chargebacks, otherwise you’ll just keep losing money occasionally when trying to top up the balance Ответить

I’d fire every related developer, tester, project manager and others for such quality of work. Ответить

2) in app page to buy internet package don’t load data 7 days in a row ( or never )
So all app become useless when you run out of traffic .
Please improve!
3) All internet plans are hide info for example 8gb consist of only 2gb of real internet and Rest divided between streams, social media and local . So if u ran out traffic from real internet you can’t use trip advisor or google maps . Ответить
