  Приезжаю продлевать номер, говорят - не работает система, отправляют приезжать на следующий день, на следующий день такая же история. Так три дня.
  В первый раз думаю, ну ладно, может действительно проблемы были. Но так уже третий месяц подряд!
  И жалобную книгу не дают..
  В общем не советую Ответить

Then every action in the app triggers “Something went wrong” so I couldn’t even top up via the app. I have topped my account up via website, but the app still throws the “Something went wrong” errors and I have no clue whether new package has been re-activated. “Live” chat with a bot obviously can’t help. So in 2022 year all you can do to try solving your unexpected problem is to pay for a taxi and try going to the Etisalat office. If you think to use Etisalat - my advice to think twice before buying their sim. Ответить

Tried to access Etisalat website - it was not accessible. After 2 weeks of trying I realized something was wrong with website and started to investigate. Tests showed the Etisalat servers were working ok. tried different browsers - same mistake - infinite redirections. After another week of trying I realized that to enter website I had to use VPN WITH UAE SERVER TO ACCESS IT! Seriously? And app is still not working.
  Guys do you even test your websites/apps before releasing? Ответить

And in the end someone from call center call you and said, sorry, we had a lot of work, try to buy your new plan after 1 month Ответить
