The roaming in this city worked poorly and the rider couldn’t reach me over the phone and just left without delivering the order! When I had a chat with customer service the guy simply told me to make another order as the rider has left and as I was out of reach and my address wasn’t fully completed . He then simply closed the conversation So I had to spend money twice to have the meal without any polite and customer oriented support! Worse thing is that there’s no address to write a complaint and to require a refund. Decided just to delete the app and switch to their competitor. Ответить
• Akim ivanov, 22 декабря 2020 в 20:28:14   # The coupons they share in their ads (the 3x5€ ‘MJAM’ voucher and the one for 6€ off your first order) don’t actually work: I tried applying them to orders from many different restaurants with different order totals but the app just said they could not be redeemed.
