I have chosen the fastest option that promised to find a car in a 5 minutes. But after 10 minutes of waiting my request just got canceled and the price went higher so I just had to call an Uber. I don’t care about the fees I just need to cancel a shared ride and call for a full one because you guys can’t estimate the time of arrival. It is impossible to do this in the app. I had to call for a cab because lyft app is completely useless in this situation.
Also your support site is impossible to use because there’s no category for my problem and you make me pass the recaptcha with “Verify” button outside of the screen and disabled scrolling. Ответить

2. While I was trying to deal with support, I was requested to send screenshots. One of them was from the page of the dialogue (p.1). The problem is, I realized that the CVC code was NOT hidden (*), only after I send it.
Now I have to reissue the card. My fault, but anyway - it is best to make it hidden during typing. Ответить

I want to be able to pick up any phone I use and call the taxi of my choice. If you have no plans to work with all the customers I see no reason I should work with you. Ответить

The program worked well for 2 days. Suddenly, when I made a reservation, I crashed and I received a message stating that my account was blocked. Technical support refused to solve the problem referring to some non-existent difficulties. A huge minus technical support. Ответить
