I waited my order 3 hr instead of 40 min, all that time the status in the app was «you order is cooking”, then “you order is about to deliver”.
It had not finally delivered at all.
Technical support is silent, no any answer.
No money back option and no rating system in the ordering window to understand this before ordering.

I want my 47 EUR back!

UPD: Regarding developers reply. I tried to contact support team by provided email THREE times before write this feedback.
NO ANY ANSWER at all.

Хороший телек, 22 декабря 2020 в 22:13:49 # Tracking link zeigt falsche Lieferzeit! Als in App stand, das unsere Pizza fast bei uns ist, war es lange nicht so. Statt 30 Minuten haben wir 2 Stunden gewartet, keiner hat sich bei uns gemeldet.

Als wir die Pizza bekommen haben, war die ganz feucht, hat nach Gummi geschmeckt! Kein Wunder-2 Stunden war sie unterwegs)))

Kundenservice hat mir geschrieben, dass „ ich muss davon ausgehen, dass Sonntags Lieferung länger dauert“. Ich MUSS sitzen und warten und vermuten? Was bitte?
Sie können davon ausgehen, dass ich das App lösche und niemanden mehr empfehle. Ответить

Summerstxttoo, 06 марта 2020 в 09:25:48 # Ordered a pizza, didn’t get any notifications or anything, was checking out the tracker every 5-10 mins, they don’t have any chat with the restaurant/courier, don’t have any form if you’ve got some problems with your order, just email them in case of anything (but of course that must take forever, if you’re hungry as hell). Had a really bad experience (btw I chose a pretty good restaurant with 4.5 stars and a few thousands reviews) Ответить
