1. Update Google Maps data with your branch office locations. My nearest branch 274 is missing on the map.

2. In the app add a setting to open address of the branch in Google. Maps app (or at least allow copying address field), is it supports navigation on Cyprus, while Apple Maps don’t. Ответить

2. Нельзя сделать накопительный счёт, что бы держать там основные средства без привязанных к нему карт.
3. После проведения платежей через клиринг, у них меняется дата. Допустим я сделал покупки 3 дня назад, просыпаюсь сегодня утром и вижу операции которых не делал. При этом нигде в информации об операциях невозможно найти оригинальную дату совершения платежа. Ответить

I hope it caused by developing something new and unbelievable. Otherwise it will be the worst bank application I’ve ever used. I believe in Hellenic bank.

Vpronin, 25 декабря 2020 в 13:48:29 # Year 2021. Hellenic mobile developers don’t know about FaceId/TouchId. And even about “save your password” feature. Entering login, password and OTP every time you start the app makes it unusable. Ответить

Every time I should check the balance my eyes start crying due to the mobile bank can’t show me the remaining balance.
Every login in the app makes me uncomfortable, but there is one thing annoying me so much... it’s named “Apple Pay not supported by the bank”.

The development and support should be definitely changed. Totally don’t recommend to deal with their current app.

Hope you will change the developer team and launch a worthy product. Ответить
