I wrote asking why the second-largest telecom company in the country still doesn’t have a native iPad app. You replied that I can just use the iPhone app on my iPad.

First, that’s not a solution — it’s shifting responsibility.
Second, running the iPhone app on iPad delivers a terrible user experience.
Third, when I log in on the iPad app, it logs me out of the iPhone app — and vice versa.
Fourth, it’s about time you updated the app icon to the Liquid Glass style.

Tons of solo developers manage to release versions of their apps for all (or nearly all) Apple devices. Meanwhile, you have massive resources — surely enough to create a proper iPad app, and at the very least to make a more visually pleasant, modern-looking icon that actually follows current design trends.
