Even for simple requests, they take several days and sometimes week to process them. Also the user experience is so bad in the app and on the website… It is very unclear how to fill in different forms, what do different menu items mean and so on. Instead of simplifying my life in Germany, Fintiba makes it more complicated. Please hire more people to reply to the customer support requests, and also hire a good UX designer so that the interface gets more comprehensive! Ответить
