If u have issues with login - game over, there is not chance to understand how to get it fixed without calling the bank or going to their branch. You’ll never ever reach customer support by phone or email, it is just impossible even after 30-40 minutes on the phone.     What I found:
    1. If you enable “Remember me” on the login form, you won’t be able to login to the app again. Only a reinstallation helps.
    2. The app doesn’t accept an Authentication code from SMS: “Technical error” without any details.

    So I got an email “Welcome to Emirates NBD Banking”, but can’t complete my registration process and enter the app.

    I want to give more starts, but can’t: it doesn’t work. Try better, guys.

    It’s a huge complain towards Emirates NBD.

    You are my the Worst experience in online banking since I moved from Russia and used to be connected for 3 major banks in Moscow.
    1. Nobody inform me about my secret question!
    2. Nobody said or write and get me any clue that I should have remember and keep my user name and password like it the most important things in my life.
    Literally I can not do anything from the distance so what the heck you called it “Online Banking”

    Is it not enough that I have all cards all secure numbers on it, my phone number attached to this?
    I can not even make a call to a human being!
    Only what I hear is useless artificial intelligence that have no idea what I wanna get.

    Never, ever, ever you see me recommending Emirates NBD. Only what I can say this bank has problems.

    P.s.
    I can not even complain or suggest something because I have to login first!
    This is absurd!

I was forced to guess that underscore is not permitted and it came true. Why the app doesn’t tell about this? The app useful only for transactions, but when it comes to assist clients they don’t care. They send to Call Center that waiting time is 40 minutes. Mobile number, email confirmation, password settings I passed successfully, but on the step of scanning my new ID type I got problem: the scanner is still for old ID configuration, and its doesn’t scan new ID type, im stuck on this step.. it’s reallly prostrated and really unbelievable situation, that you guys have such a fail things. Please upgrade your ID scanner to the new type of ID card . Other wise it’s makes your applications half useless than it is . 1 star definitely. No excuses Ответить

    And this EVA is one of the most useless robot. Never can help. You cannot download a statement from the app. You cannot get a support online. You have to go to the branch and spend a half day there wasting your time.

And when I asked why you asked me to do the same action they told me it’s because I wasn’t authenticated. I entered my details again and I was put on the hold again for indefinite period! It’s nonsense. Get the technology that works to avoid such a poor customer experience.

    Mobile application that’s another story. It is lagging behind by at least 5 years. Very slow and poor interface. Often fails when you do the transfer. Ridiculous.

    In nutshell, I’ll definitely be moving to another bank and recommend to do the same to others.

My answer used Cyrillic letters, but iOS app not allow type this letters. If Cyrillic not allowed in your system, why when I registered on web it was allowed?     To transfer money to another person even ENBD client you can transfer it only by account number. While in all other developed banks from 21 century you can do it by card or even phone number. Ha! And you need to wait 1 day for the transfer to be done. Omg.
    This EVA automatic useless robot shows that the bank absolutely doesn’t care about clients.

    And I am not able to do anything with it.

    This issue must be solved during testing process, and not cause problems for customers.

    Bank support team can’t do anything useful with it too.
