First time order was cancelled cause it’s out of daily limit for the restaurant (not mentioned beforehand) Second, the sender arrived to different restaurant, no one is in charge of coordination from Eatigo side. Customer service is helpless and just apologetic for the inconvenience. Also dropping off the chat without asking if the problem has been resolved. No phone line for professional communication. Customers beware before being charged. It can end up badly
  
  Eatigo, if you want to differentiate your business during pandemic with other services pay more attention to the new services you provide to your loyal customers to avoid loosing face! Ответить
