То войти не можешь, то переключиться между счетами, то они вдруг разделили мои номера по разным аккаунтам, то просто вываливаешься из приложения ни с того, ни с сего! При этом я знаю, что их софтом последнее несколько лет занимается американская компания под руководством русского парня, не понимаю почему так всё плохо... Ответить

Еще писали в вотсап и предлагали домашний интернет.
Постоянные смс и оповещения на почту.

Trying to cancel your plan gives you a big fat “bad request” screen, and “chat” is not a chat, but hidden menu tree. You still need to call them to cancel. Ответить

As a cherry on top, when I came to the office and said i had a problem with an e-sim, support manager asked: you bought a new phone? And yes, i bought a new phone. The new iPhone was released in September, so they know they have a problem for half a year and can’t solve it for half a year omg, hope their physical sim will not break Ответить

У них чат в приложении работает крайне плохо, скорее всего он просто сбросится в процессе общения с поддержкой. На письма они отвечают неделями, при этом поддержка не пытается решить проблему, просто в ответном письме уточнит что-то им уже известное. Из самых больших косяков: они мне выставили неверный счет и заблокировали интернет. Ни по каким каналам достучатся до них не удалось. Ответить

А если ты не у вайфая, то пожалуйста трать траффик, которого и так недостаточно. На что, как я понимаю, и идет расчет.

And if you eventually bored to wait for response chat can be closed and then everything starts again. And the cherry on the pie it won’t ever be changed as Du is a monopolist on the market. Ответить

Speed and connection was fine till the moment when I decided to recharge account via Apple Pay for 75 AED for the last day of my stay in UAE. Money were written off but internet not provided, support team did nothing but advised me to reload my phone and wait 24 hours. I told that I fly in 24 hours and do not need that internet at all. I wrote a claim via e-mail about poor customer support and requested my money back, but hasn’t received any reply yet. Almost week passed. I’m disappointed and prob next time won’t use DU services and won’t recommend that to anyone. Ответить
