Очень странно ощущать себя исключённым из торговой платформы
Далеко не все вещи можно найти, например, на ebay, раньше было очень удобно покупать интересный винтаж и редкие, необычные вещи
Теперь такой возможности у меня увы нет

To my inquiries, the answer was that the application does not work because there is no customer support in Russia . But we have PayPal to resolve all controversial issues, isn’t it? This wrong decision of Depop has already led to a churn of users to other resources. It seems to me that the company suffers from reputational damage. Ответить

I came here to see if this was some bug, only to find out it is the opposite. I see you are responding to all users in Russia with ”our app isn’t fully supported in your region, sorry if it works poorly”. Except that it used to work fine, what changed? Бузинная палочка, 25 июля 2021 в 19:43:35 # I was truly amazed and thankful for depop as a platform as a whole while i was living and actively using it in uk.. now, coming back to russia, due to covid, i’m truly beginning to be disappointed since i can’t even open it.. i had to ask a friend from usa to log in for me and interact with listings, cause i received an email of my account closing soon due to inactivity… i know it’s not supported/available in russia, but seeing other reviews, i think it’s about time for your headquarters to actually start thinking about expending to our market and not just answering the same thing about unavailability.. as it surely will bring engagement to you.. if there’s any law/government thing from russian side, then put out a statement, so we can see/understand where it’s coming from (like linkedin for ex).. be open and smart about this
и да, если вы читаете это просто как сотрудник сапорта, я вас умоляю, сделайте уже хоть что-то с этим, напишите письмо хоть кому-то выше вас.. ну просто обидно, что я как продавец теряю возможность, а вы теряете драгоценного потребителя (в огромных кол-вах к тому же) Ответить

There’s. An. Error. Or that I had no internet connection, which I most surely had! Then I signed up on my browser and tried to simply log in in the app. Guess what it did?)))) Said me there’s an error, that’s right. Good luck with your work I guess. Ответить

Search funziona solo per Italia(non puoi scegliere cerca per paese, per esempio, venditori Francesi, Irlandese, USA, come è previsto su Ebay. “il resto del mondo per voi” -solo UNITED KINGDOM )

So my account was blocked for one week because I was using, as DePop support team said, “unapproriate” vocabulary and my behaviour was abusive. Ok, after three weeks I mail the support team to unblock me, and they say that everything is back to normal. Then I go back into the app and try to log into the account but it says that my username or password is invalid, so I try to log in again until by account gets blocked for 24 hours, however I checked all the account details. As a part of the community I am really disappointed and annoyed that the support team can’t handle to unblock my account. Ответить
