Instead of 25 min the ride took over one hour. In addition, the car stopped at parking but should have stopped at departure gates, so my wife had to run to the departure level from parking.

Because of this delay, my wife was late to the flight and to the important meeting. She had to take next flight for which only one business class ticket was available for AED12,000; she had to spend this money.

Who will reimburse these expenses? Why does such a badly qualified driver work in comfort class?

Please pass this information to the directors of the company. Please take the strictest measures in relation to the captain up to dismissing him and canceling his licence.

Please inform me which measures were taken with respect to this issue. I am going to approach the government entities and police so that they look into this issue. Ответить

every ride by careem is a trial, drivers are rude and can took another passengers, trying to cheat, navigating could bring your to wrong location, etc.

Also, they come to different locations to pick you up even when you put a specific point on the map of where you are waiting for them. Every second ride I have problems with careem taxis. Another option to save the situation could be the communication with the drivers. But it is nor working either. Your drivers either not reachable by the phone indicated for him or never ever read the chat.

All my cancelled rides were due to these reasons. One was due to the captain’s initiative because he cancelled the ride, (2 February), was unreachable and never tried to communicate with me. Ответить

Кроме того на вашем балансе будет образовываться минус! Поддержка никак вам не поможет и на стороне курьеров и доставки. Лучше переплатить в три раза, заказав другое такси и воспользоваться прямой отставкой еды из ресторана.
Horrible food delivery service and cab service. You will endlessly pay for the cab driver to leave and the courier just didnt deliver your order! Support will not help you in any way and on the side of the couriers and delivery service. Every time driver on the road creates the dangerous situations and I wander how they get driving license. The application itself very uncomfortable and confusing in terms of writing address. They charge you if driver is waiting 2 mins but if the driver comes 5/10mins late - nobody charges the driver. А вот по деньгам обманывают. Купил подписку Careem+, дающую 10% кэшбэк за первые 10 поездок. За мелкие поездки начислили, а за большие по 300-400 AED не начислили, хотя при заказе машины было указано, что будет начислено 10%. Поддержка разбираться не хочет вообще, говорят, что для того чтобы моя оплаченная подписка работала нужно и промокод вводить. Но ведь за те поездки, в которых бонусы начислили, я не вводил промокод.
Поддержка бесконечно шлет мне отписки, мол я дурак… Ответить

Also app locating you wrong, so you always have to correct it. Otherwise, you will have look for driver all around the area. Maybe he will come to another region and will not be able to reach you. And after that they will charge you cause…he couldn’t find you!

Careem system took 200AED to purchase the item in a shop, I knew it would be enough.

Result: order cancelled, “captain” says call to support. Support doesnt reply in chat. Also careem took 13AED and marked my order as a food delivery.

Generally almost all delivery and taxi services always works perfectly.
One I used covid test and cleaning and it also worked nicely.

The navigator is always collapsed and ridiculous. This app is very hard for usage if you are tourist because you can’t refill your Careem pay with international cards and without verification of your Id which is impossible if it’s not Emirati. Also I had horrible experience when I called a hala taxi and the captain was hiding from me and I was not able to connect with him. He didn’t take phone calls and was ignoring messages. He cancelled ride by himself but I was charged.

Водители в 80% случае ставят отметку о прибытии, хотя по факту еще находятся в пути, путают локации, маршруты, но платите за это всегда вы. Они включают различные штрафы в ваши счета при любой возможности, это очень сложно заметить если не отслеживать их, кроме того это всегда приходится оспаривать.

Так же водители любят выбирать более протяженные маршруты, отменять поездку ранее, чем предусматривает политика ожидания, либо включать в счёт дополнительное ожидание.

Политика Cashback за дополнительную плату также зачисляется не за каждую поездку, приходится дополнительно сообщать об этом, чтобы это было учтено. Но сейчас они сделали это только на 10 поездок в месяце, разумеется не оповестив об этом.

Я очень жду появления на рынке Яндекс такси, Careem требуется адекватная и добросовестная конкуренция, они совершенно бездарны.

Также хочу отметить, что я использую сервис уже более 3 лет и мне есть с чем сравнивать. Ранее я использовал Uber до тех пор пока он не присоединился к Careem. Сейчас я стараюсь пользоваться такси как можно меньше, просто не хочу сталкиваться с этим ужасным сервисом. Ответить

I’m using Careem taxi services daily, it’s the same location where I go from every day. This level of service is clearly not enough and there has to be a major improvement. There are new players in the market and they will quickly acquire your share if this is continued in the same manner. Ответить

After that your call center told me that they dont see any orders from me even last one which status is delivered.
So i just loose 60 dirhams. It’s calls fraud.

Indeed, my husband meet a courier at the hotel reception and paid him in front of the administrator!

Unfortunately I dropped the physical bill but I’m sure it should be displayed in their system, so that they could see that I’m not a thief, as they say.
All in all, I’d not recommend this app, even though interface is good and friendly for a user.

Overall, I was waiting for 40 minutes, my phone got uncharged and I lost my reservation at a restaurant.

В целом - крайне непорядочные бизнес-практики, манипуляции и прямой обман клиентов (откровенно считают клиентов глупцами). Проще просто найти такси на улице, благо в Дубае с этим нет никаких проблем.
Невозможно заказать доставку еды из ресторана в отель, четко обозначенный на их же карте. Почему? По-моему, ответ очевиден… Ответить

На следующий день заказал ещё, привезли также не то, изменив состав заказа и его стоимость в меньшую сторону. Разницу между оплаченным не вернули. Связаться с поддержкой возможно только по телефону, однако они с трудом общаются по-английски и в итоге так ничего и не вернули. Ответить

Все оперативно, вся детальная инфо по доставке ( кто, когда, нахождение курьера) отображается. По окончанию просят подтвердить, все по получили, все ли ок. Оплата наличными. На вотсап пишет курьер по прибытии в отель. В общем, проблем нет никаких. Пользуйтесь Ответить

На следующий день заказал ещё, привезли также не то, изменив состав заказа и его стоимость в меньшую сторону. Разницу между оплаченным не вернули.
Связаться с поддержкой возможно только по телефону, однако они с трудом общаются по-английски и в итоге так ничего и не вернули. Ответить

Even the support team is not helpful as they are not willing to help you. Instead, they are asking to send email after your trip. THEY ARE SIMPLY NOT HERE TO HELP YOU. Ответить

They have zero customer care knowledge or etiquettes. They have the audacity to tell u that they can’t do anything at the same time accepting that the issue was on their side. In short, they don’t care at all. People sitting in customer care should be held accountable as they are representing the company. Ответить

Half an hour later the rider is still far away moving in the opposite direction. There’s no built in support function on the app itself, can only message to rider to receive response he’s on the way (no he was not, moving in the opposite direction from the restaurant) or call instead. Took a few calls back and forth and more than two hours for the cold food to be delivered. Only response from support was sorry not sorry. Very disappointing experience overall. Use of alternative apps is recommended Ответить

Отписываются что курьер не смог найти меня и не дозвонился. Хотя адрес введён, на Вотсап курьер пишет, а мои ответы не читает. Деньги не вернули. Проблема только у них, другие службы без проблем всё доставляли. Ответить

- нельзя написать водителю к какому месту подъехать, чтобы тебя найти
- нельзя в принципе текстом связаться с водителем. Только звонить.
- пару раз неправомерно списывали деньги из-за того, что водитель не приехал и на звонки не отвечал. Я не смог их вернуть.
- несколько раз были сбои при оплате Apple pay. Ответить

Абсолютно частое вождение водителей в не том направлении, просто нервирует. Что увеличивает цену в два- два с половиной раза от заявленной. Поддержка ужасна, не отвечает и не возвращает деньги в таких ситуациях. Ответить

I reported the accident via app (twice) and haven’t got a response from Careem yet.

I don’t think that using this service is safe for your life in the light of the fact that nobody completely cares at Careem. Ответить

I booked a taxi, but was unable to find my captain. When I tried to message him I was sent to iOS message app which wasn’t an option.
After I had to cancel I was charged the whole estimated fare for cancellation.
I recommend using Uber instead. Ответить
