Can you imagine that you pay €17.99 per month for... just having a card?

Bunqs customer service hasnt helped at all. Refunds are impossible. Be aware of it!
No transparency in fees and subscription plans, no customer-first approach. Shame on you.

Hope they lose their license for such dark earning methods. Ответить

Закрыть счет тоже невозможно, пишет об ошибке и все, хоть бейся головой об стену. А чего стоит требование внести данные налогоплательщика! Пишешь им данные о тех странах, где платишь налоги, но нет, дай информацию о той стране, где находился во время регистрации в приложении банка., хоть ты там и не налоговый резидент. Левый банк, не советую. Ответить

— Poor UI / UX. Too many clicks to transfer between my accounts (why not to use drag&drop?). No place to see all history agnostic to account.
— Swift payments. If you have it it’s impossible to find.
— Cards design. Rainbow, really? Its your best creative solution?

Please, do the market research. Neobanks. Progressive classical banks. Or you will remain to be a small bank for hipsters where the only difference is fast registration. Ответить

3. They will nevertheless keep your data to themselves for 5 (!) yrs

—A passphrase (not only a password) can be used;
—powers of attorney on one’s accounts can be given online to other BUNQ users;
—different phone numbers (which unfortunately can not yet be confirmed by calls), and emails can be used;
—at the moment of the writing of the review, still one of the few banks participating in the instant SEPA transfers scheme.

The app is extremely simplistic and unpretentious (intended for casual and uncomplicated use), but it does contain most practical functions which are configured too inconvenient to use by other banks, yet made by the given app smooth and effortless (although the beneficiaries contact list is a terrible mess, for which you deserve to have one AppStore star removed, yet thanks a lot for the simplicity of the application in general:)!)
