1. Error message appears: “Internal server error”
2. “Third party consents” screen is not opened

Expected result:
1. No error message
2. “Third party consents” screen is opened

Вот где технологии на высоте!
Forget about this terrible app which is old, ugly, slow and poor functionality and create new by checking any Russian Apps for bank which is great!
Sberbank or Tinkoff or even Russian Unicredit! Ответить
Nextking, 16 марта 2020 в 10:39:37 # In the year of 2019 it absolutely catastrophic to have an application like this one. Primitive functionality, iOS 3- like design.
- I can’t even see my transaction history, it appears only after several days.
- No 24/7 support, what should I do if I’m abroad and faced some froad on Sunday?
- They charge money for literally everything: SMS notifications (while there are free push notifications introduced 10 years ago), money withdrawals, rates, etc... And in spite of all of this you can’t hire one good iOS dev for 2-3k euro per month Yes, I understand that it’s better to buy a slick car for the manager than thinking of users.

I’ve switched to Revolut already, absolutely don’t recommend this bank as well as all other banks in Bulgaria. Ответить

1) Transfer between own accounts is tricky like I really make complex bank transfer
2) Reactivity (refreshing the data) is big trouble. I used like many other users to refresh the page I should drag the screen to bottom. However some kind of “payments” page appears instead of this
3) I can’t see the details of my spendings via terminal - my balance just lowering. Don’t know why. There is also no push notifications on new incoming or outcoming transactions.
4) low functionality is the matter of bank I suppose but still need to write about it:
- most of the modern banks provides the possibility to change account of the Card (which is bind to card) I have by several clicks. Here I should go to the bank
-activating the application is impossible without visiting the bank
-I can’t order a card or open an account through application (a lot of banks gives the opportunity) Ответить
