What’s more, their discriminating policy against Russian crew members has never been announced officially but they make people suffer to transfer or receive the money they earned for their hard work. • Nataliiiiiieeee, 06 февраля 2024 в 09:03:42   # Too many issues with app. Problematic face check that not working sometimes, app shows “problem with profile” and I can’t even see what’s the problem to fix it, only white screen. Of course I can’t transfer money because of errors. Technical support is not helping at all. I have many doubts to keep and manage my salary with this app. Ответить

  2. Not able to send money to another Brightwell card due to money laundering.
  3. Not able to send money to bank registered in the other country than yours.
  4. Card to card is not working. I tried it with many different cards Visa and MasterCard.
  
  Useless service. I’m using it only because my company pushed me to do so. The only thing you can do with this card is to send money home. If you want, lets say, send money to your mother which lives in the other country - it is not possible. Ответить
