It’s not always all parts fit like in any other catalogue but customer support is always helpful and responsive. Got ones wrong brake disks, returned and got money back easily without any problems.
As for improvements:
1. In orders in the app you can see all the items purchased but at least I couldn’t find its’ quantities. Like if i bought 4 spark plugs in the app i see it as one line but do not see how many, maybe i’m just blind and need to look better :)
2. In case of return of the item because of the mistake in the catalogue (like it says it fits the car but in reality not) i do want to have a possibility to return it to you and purchase and get a replacement that would fit. But in reality i can send it back as a return for free but the new part i have to order and if it is less than your free delivery amount limit, i have to pay for delivery as well. That doesn’t make much sense for me as a customer since i have paid for it already in the original order.

In App chat only third conversation ended with “thank you for cooperation, there is a technical issue that will be resolved”. Reports on other platforms were ignored. Is this how AUTODOC plus professional (which I pod for) works? Ответить
