It took me over 3 weeks of continuous emails to finally get a call and the support staff had no clue about their own airlines. They promised to call me back and the call never came. The flights are cancelled and now I have to run around to get the refund. This is the worst ever airline, Such a shame for the state and people of their country. Ответить
