None of my downloaded books play and a message pops up: to use it connect to a network (or similar). I can’t be always online! It makes my use of this app very restricted to the times of wifi connection.

Only to find that the majority of the books are ONLY available for premium plus members… the very few that are not - are also NOT available in my region…! then what is the purpose of this so called “plus” membership I paid for?!?! Moreover, it’s actually impossible to find a full list of books that are available in the plus catalogue. And if that wasn’t bad enough, the actual app is terrible too. Why can’t I browse titles by genre, bestsellers, lists etc? All I have is the first page with like 10 titles from current bestsellers, and that’s it?! The rest I have to search for by hand? That’s not exactly a browsing option… this may be acceptable for a startup app, but not for the top audiobook company. I don’t understand how this is even happening. Very very disappointed. Я понимаю, у вас там все книги мира и прочее, но такая кусачая цена совершенно отбивает желание приобретать подписку, даже если очень хочется послушать книги Питера Акройда или ту же постановку «Песочного человека». И самый удивительный факт: у вас даже нет испытательного срока, скажем так. То есть если мне вдруг не понравится как устроено приложение или я передумаю, то вернуть деньги уже никак, я так понимаю. Очень идиотский подход к клиентам вне США. Очень. Книг много, и это хорошо, но подобное устройство приложения и обслуживания – ни в какие рамки. Ответить

Yet another version. Sync with Watch seemed to work, but it was just an illusion. The book that luckily made it there, failed to appear on watch. Besides on the iPhone side I see it as non-synced item (the button to sync it is active again). All other books have frozen in a queue and nothing happens.

I really don’t understand...

Syncing with Apple Watch is still a nightmare. Really, if you can’t sync with the watch correctly, then just don’t say you can. Nothing works. I’ve been waiting for several hours, the status is not changing. My phone remains unlocked and my watch are attached to magnet charge. What am I possibly doing wrong? In vain...

I’ve been happily sticking to the app for I don’t remember how long, but well, this is embarrassing...
After (still not sure how) syncing two books to Watch the Audible app simply won’t transfer any other. Keep saying to put my watch to charge, to check the connection with iPhone. Everything is good with both parts and the space on the watch is not the issue, but it looks like I have to give up.
I really need this feature and after checking the Internet I’m not the only one struggling with this glitch. Please fix it asap. Ответить

Есть конкурирующие сервисы с меньшей ценой и с огромным выбором аудиокниг, в том числе на английском языке, что для меня очень важно. Стоит подписаться только в случае, когда вам нужно послушать конкретную книгу на иностранном языке, которой нет в других сервисах. Ответить

However, they kept charging the fee of almost 15 USD per month for 3 months running. When I contacted the clients’ service, first they acknowledged that the subscription had indeed been cancelled, and no charges should have been made. But then, after I sent about 5 requests for a reimbursement, they just ignored my messsages. So it’s not an app, it’s a scam.

UPDATE

They have continued to charge my account and ignore my requests for reimbursement. I’ve deleted my card data, but they somehow started charging my new card. This is unbelievable! Ответить

There are all books you want, narrators are great, but the main thing is that they have a great service, hope it will stay that way.

My only wish is that they make the Apple Watch app better, it doesn’t sync your listening position and I think there are problems with statistics when you listen through the Watch app. Ответить

Откуда у них номера карты без понятия, ничего не подтверждал . Единственное с Амозона когда то заказывал электронную книгу года два назад, может так в базе у них сохранился, без понятия . Once a day i have to kill the app as it’s faster then waiting more than 30 sec, unpredictable.

That’s very annoying. And it lasts for several months already. Seems Audible syncs last position or books at opening, or fetches smth from the server, but it takes ages!
